1. Service

Filezhare provides cloud file storage and sharing tools. You are responsible for files uploaded to your account and for ensuring you have the right to store and share that content.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not upload or share illegal content, malware, abusive content, or content that infringes rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. Plan limits for storage and monthly downloads are enforced by the service. Pricing and limits may be updated with notice.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete files and folders at any time. When account data is deleted, files are removed from active storage and then removed from backup copies according to the backup retention period.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filezhare is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
